Never coming back!!!!

didn't get my deposit back as been told the room needed a clean plus chair was broken, however on request do you have an evidence in reports and photos Jenny (manager) said if I'm telling her how to do her job and that I got an attitude, like really??? I got right to ask questions regards where my money going, I left a property spotless clean and nothing been broken. Very aggressive, rude and nasty person, never ring back when they say and when you turn up to the agency they telling you they will ring you back. Useless!!!!!
