The whole process from first enquiring about a viewing to signing a contract has been very pleasant. Our enquiry was quickly responded to and a viewing was arranged smoothly. We were shown around the property by Dawn, who displayed great knowledge about the property and was genuinely very kind and helpful. After the viewing, it was easy to make a formal application for the property, and any questions we had during the process were quickly answered by the very helpful property manager, Julia. Throughout the process we have found that Julia and the Northwood team has provided us with all the information needed at the different stages, both by providing forms and documents as well as answering any questions we might have had. We are very excited to move into our new home and find great comfort in knowing that it is managed by such a knowledgeable and kind property manager as Julia and the rest of the Northwood team.
