Excellent service above and beyond expectations

Initially I was apprehensive about using a pay upfront estate agent but Tracy was brilliant. Her attention to detail and honest feedback around preparing the house for photos made sure the rightmove advert was far better than many others I have seen, Tracy was even moving furniture to get the best photos. Once on the market Tracy worked all hours of the day still contacting us and potential buyers late into the evening. Not once were we unable to contact her whatever the time. To have someone put so much time into selling our house was invaluable and made the process far easier than other agents. All this led to a sale within 3 days! I cannot recommend Tracy highly enough.

Tracy goes above and beyond

Tracy helped us sell our property. Throughout the whole process she has been with us for every step offereing guidence and knowledge. She’s been hands on and has exceeded or expectations of an agent. Will recommend to all my friends and family. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Tracey is just brilliant. I love the way she ploughs on and gets things sorted with no messing. Everything she says that she is going to do she does. Having dealt with a number of estate agents over the last few years all of which have been really good Tracey is a cut above them all!. Keep hold Move and Save!

Amazingly friendly professional service sold in three days

Will definitely use Tracy and the team again . Solid sound advice all the way with the result we wanted . Had constant updates on everything and every viewing was discussed after . The fixed price gives peace of mind but definitely doesn’t slow the enthusiasm. Perfect service

Amazing!

This is the third time we've used Move & Save and the service is always fantastic! Always sold our property super fast, tons of help from start to finish. Every person I speak to is helpful, polite and quick to sort out whatever I need doing, even though I had issues arranging viewings with my tenant, nothing was too much trouble.

Fantastic service; sold stc within a week!

Tracey went above and beyond,working outside office hours to ensure my property was sold on under one week.The details were exemplary; I have put a lot of love and work into my property and the details/photos captured this while many agents wouldn't have.I would highly recommend move and save particularly Tracey who is very passionate about her job and this is evident in her work it is quite clear how much she loves her job. Fantastic service

Highly recommend!

As a first time 'seller', I was quite daunted at the prospect of selling my house, I initially had a million questions and a lot of opinions from different people. Upon meeting Tracy, I knew I had made the right decision to use Move & Save; Tracy is super knowledgeable about her market, she put my mind at rest on a number of different factors and she gave (and continues to give) great advice without being pushy. I met Tracy on the Thursday afternoon, and my house was marketed on Right Move the same evening! Tracy was excellent at keeping in touch with me throughout the whole process, and keeping me updated too. I sold my house within two weeks! One thing that really stands out about Tracy is that you can tell she genuinely cares, and this was evident when she’d text me at night to tell me we’d got our first viewings, knowing that I’d been anxious to hear. Her honesty and transparency throughout was refreshing, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tracy and her team to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you Tracy!

Open,honest, friendly, helpful and professional service

Move and Save are the selling agents for the house I'm buying.. Tracy arranged my first viewing and a couple of subsequent ones. Each time we've spoken, Tracy has been friendly and chatty, showing an interest in me as a person, rather than just someone buying one of their properties. On more than one of these occasions Tracy has given me advice and information on how the conveyancing process works, which has helped me ask the right questions of my solicitors. This is above and beyond the service I would expect to receive from the seller's agent, and epitomises the level of professionalism, dedication and service she demands of herself. Thank you, Tracy. You're a credit to your company and your profession.
