Fantastic service from start to finish

We chose Move and Save as other family members have used them before and we couldn’t have asked for more from Tracy our estate agent. Tracy was very easy to get along with (almost like a friend coming over for a drink) and was always at hand to help whenever needed. We couldn’t recommend this company enough, especially Tracey. At any point in the future we decide to move home again we will 100% be using Move and Save. People say moving house is one of the most stressful life experiences but with Tracy, this is certainly not the case and it has been the polar opposite. Tracy, you are absolutely amazing and have gone above and beyond for the both of us. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to go through this experience with. Thank you so much. Your hard work is very much appreciated.

Friendly professional estate agent

Tracey made the process as comfortable as possible as your putting very valuable asset in her hands. She is available out of office hours if you need her unlike other agents and goes that extra mile for her clients. She settled our sold offer on her day off. I liked the 3dplans better than other agents you can visualize better. She was with us every step of the way. She is a credit to the company with her other staff. Sorry cannot remember her name.

Forget Kirsty Allsopp!

Simply the best! We've moved many times and never before have we met such a totally professional, friendly, dedicated, property guru! We sold above guide price before we could blink! She also negotiated a brilliant below asking price sale on the house we have purchased. If you want the best- look no further!!!

A well deseved 5 star rating

All I can say is Tracey and her team deserve their rating. My house had previously been marketed by a well known local estate agents, their service was more than disappointing, it was very poor and were charging than 4 times more than Move and Save. I was very deflated and felt let down. Tracy was recommended to me and I never looked back from making the initial phone call to her. Tracy is a breathe of fresh air, top marks for her professionalism, her motivation and her dedication to her job, always available but if not her team are there on hand.. I can't fault their outstanding service and would like to say a special thank you to Tracy for helping me to achieve my sale and move on and to Teena who negotiated my deal, just brilliant.

Excellent service great value

I have been very happy with the service we have received from Tracey and her team. Such good value for money, The team were extremely quick to get feedback on viewings and gave this honestly. They are not your normal 9-5 estate agent and they understand sometimes you need to talk out of hours Tracey is extremely devoted to getting the property sold and works very hard for their fee. She is both friendly and professional. If I was ever to move again (although hoping never to again!) I would definitely use them again. Thank you to you all

Friendly and exceptionally professional service

We received a friendly and professional service from Tracy when she valued our property.. Her knowledge of the market was extremely good and the photos were great. She also had an eye for detail which we appreciated. The package was just the right balance for us. Most importantly we felt we could really trust Tracy and have absolute faith in her as our agent . Move and save was one of four evaluations that we had.

amazing service

I have been looking for a property in the Mansfield area since January I had been so let down by other agents,, they did not return calls could only email not talk which seemed strange to me. or sending the wrong type all I wanted was 3 beds off street parking and a garage before contacting yourselves the last house had, left a garage door in place but had become part of the kitchen in side, my first viewing yesterday I had arrived but no answer so I called the agent to explain I was here and could they confirm its no 7 . only to be told he couldn't disclose the address. I now have the benefit of meeting you and your staff and am most impressed by Tracy who helped me perfectly Thomas Lailey De Ville

'A' Star Service

We have used Move and Save twice to sell two of our homes. Tracy gives excellent advice, her photography of property excels and her cooperation throughout the sale exemplary. All other staff always helpful, pleasant and courteous. Nothing is to much trouble for them..
