JLL Canary Wharf is the most UNETHICAL property management I have ever encountered. My property manager was Zoe Chen. AVOID JLL AT ALL COSTS! After moving out, JLL has been holding my full deposits for 2 months, claiming that the ventilation system is broken. Ventilation is landlord's responsibility to maintain and repair. Zoe Chen claimed for ventilation repair and a list of wear-and-tear items, most of which were pre-existing and minor marks. Charging an inflated amount of fees for wear-and-tear. JLL Canary Wharf is unethical and fraudulent. During the tenancy, JLL breached the lease multiple times. There are many great agencies in Canary Wharf. I had Knight Frank for 3 years with no issues at all. Use an ethical and professional agency to avoid dealing with endless troubles from JLL.
