Siobhan was fantastic from the start — she arranged a viewing at short notice, was easy to talk to, and took the time to clearly walk me through the apartment and explain all the next steps. Her responsiveness and professionalism made the whole process feel effortless from the very beginning. Joanna then took over seamlessly, handling all the paperwork, payment confirmations and everything required right up until I moved in. She was attentive, efficient, and always on hand whenever I had a question, which made the final steps smooth and organised.
