What a whirlwind! Paul Newell came to see me and after discussions, I put my house on the market with them. Great pictures were taken. Balgores arranged numerous viewings. The house was sold quickly. I bought and everything was signed, sealed and delivered in less than 10 weeks. Balgores were fab. They kept me updated, answered any questions. Exceptional service and an overall great experience renting my apartment through JLL. Charlie was extremely helpful, kind and professional from day one. He made the whole process feel smooth and reassuring, with clear communication, quick responses and genuine care throughout. He was always happy to answer my questions and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. Joanna was also very helpful and supportive with everything leading up to the move, making sure the final steps were clear and well organised.
