Martin and Co. was very helpful in get in to my apartment rental. I have never rented in the UK before and their offices helped me navigate all the things I needed to do before arriving, during my time there and when I was vacating. During my letting period, they were helpful with anything needed and were easy to coordinate with. Everyone I dealt with at the office was polite and ready to help. At the end of my letting agreement they were helpful in knowing what I needed to do and the procedure was easy to follow. They were evenly fair to both parties, renter and landlord, when it came to deposit return. I would use them again if I even end up in the area and need a place to stay long-term. I would recommend using them if anyone asked me.

If it comes to application process, contract signing and overall communication really impressive. Just signed contract for renting a flat and although it's a process that takes time it was done very well and I could count on help and guidance at every stage.

We dealt with Rebecca exclusively who has been fantastic during the entire process, from start to finish. During the viewing she arrived promptly and was polite and friendly, giving us plenty of time to explore the flat without applying any pressure at all. All email exchanges have been prompt, with any questions, no matter how small, being answered fully.
