I have recently been dealing with Tracy Orton in respect of a tenancy renewal and she has been an absolute dream to work with! I had some maintenance issues I needed sorting quickly and she went above and beyond to ensure that the property was ready for the tenants to move in. Letting agents can be often frustrating to deal with however Martin & Co been so easy from the very start. Helped a lot on initial paper work. Recently mentioned that my mattress is very worn, within couple of weeks Molly arranged me a new mattress, few days before mattress being delivered I emailed that my bed frame has broke a little too, came back to my flat just to see brand new mattress with mew frame all replaced. Very surprising service in comparison to my previous experiences with different letting agents. Thank you guys!

I'm currently a tenant with martin & co and im happy to say i have been with them for the past 4 years. they are easy to contact and always return my phone calls when i leave a message. I must say i have had a few issues with the maintenance side of things and thankfully with the help of Molly Ridler she has kept me upto date with the progress of my reports and kept it moving forward untill the job was completed, which im very greatful for. so all in all i rate them 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.
