Rude agents, menacing me on the phone. One agent pushed me outside when I had a regular appointment. The came to the flat for a viewing without notice. Who doe they think they are? Should be banned from the list of letting agencies.

STAY AWAY - this agency will try and scam you with your deposit. We rented a place from them (Nottingham One) and they are trying to charge extortionate fees. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS AGENCY!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Never going to deal with this agency ever again. From my experience and from the awful reviews this agency has I would recommend to avoid. I have dealt with Tracy who was rude to me and absolutely not supportive!! They booked me for a viewing of a flat at 4:40 and I called them to report I’ll be 10 minutes late and they said it’s OK!!. When I turned up on that time Tracy refused to see me and canceled my viewing. Absolutely unprofessional behavior from this agency. Even when I wanted to complain they were like yes go complain in a provocative manner. Never gonna deal with them again!!! Update 31/08/2021, I have sent my complaint over a month ago to the company and no one has even bothered to reply. I believe this is another red flag that the bosses of this company are not much different than their employees!NegativeProfessionalism

I lived in the UK for 7 years doing 3 degrees here, I moved in and out of numerous accommodation and dealt with a lot of agencies and out of all of them this agency is really the worst. From sending the wrong bank details at the start of the tenancy to unresponsive flat maintenance team and charging us £550 from the £900 deposit we paid just from some stuff that was already there, they really are the undisputed worst agency.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
