With in 10 minutes, Rylie had talked me through the areas and arranged a viewing for the same day. Rylie went out of her way to show me a number of apartments in the same property. Then, as a spur of the moment, she took us to another set of apartments in the city centre that we were interested in. At no time with any of the viewings did we feel rushed or anything was too much to ask. Rylie made my daughter and I feel very relaxed and her customer service and attention to detail was exemplary. As a whole, the house hunting experience with Frank Innes has been very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
