My Landlord has chosen Belvoir Nottingham West to look the property I have lived in for 6 years and its clear why. I cannot fault them at all. Any query, call or email is actioned within days and everything followed up. This has always been the case but in Monday they went above and beyond. My boiler had a large bang and decided that was it. I was left without water, a toilet, and heating as well the effects now going through the property beneath me and causing problems there. Literally within minutes of them knowing, Julie had arranged for plumbers and electricians to visit my home and lady below me. Within hours, Julie was able to tell me what repairs were needed and what was going to happen. By the end of the day Julie managed to get me in a hotel over night and again for a 2nd night when the repairs weren't complete. The staff have always been great, the service is always fantastic and prompt and Julie is outstanding in her role which I'm sure the other staff go to such lengths too. This company WILL look after you, your property and your tenants. A solid 5 star and well deserved.
