I have been with Belvoir Nottingham/Nottingham Student Living for the past 6 years - living in a wonderful flat on North Sherwood Street. I am grateful for their services for several reasons - and would particularly like to thank Kennedy who has been an absolute star as I finished up my time at the flat! The company clearly vets their landlords well, which is important for renters (I previously was evicted for a landlord not paying his mortgage, so this was important to me). They were open an understanding and always available when I had questions, as was my landlord. Kennedy was especially helpful nearig the end of my tenancy and supporting me through the handover period (e.g.; what steps needed to be taken, returning of keys, inventory, deposit schemes, the whole lot) and was a lovely lady to chat with along the way. I reccomend Belvoir Nottingham/Nottingham Student Living for any of your rental needs, and particularly suggest working with Kennedy where possible.
