However, despite the accusations, we are well within the permitted guidelines for a deposit return and as you only vacated in January, we are not entirely sure where your disparity in time exists. We are also slightly confused as to why you would take this approach when it is ourselves that are seeking to ensure you are only responsible for the dilapidations you have created?? Anyway, our interests are to ensure the correct party is responsibility for the dilapidations and those items addressed accordingly. I believe the deposit has since been addressed and this matter is now closed. Kind regards,
