I am currently house hunting during a very busy and difficult time in the rental market. Subsequently I have spoken with almost every estate agent across Nottingham County in the last 4 weeks. Belvoir consistently stand out from the rest, they are fast, friendly, the viewings are professional and concise. But what really stood out to me is that Belvoir are the only estate agent that offer feedback if your application is rejected. During such a difficult time this is an extremely valuable thing for the renter and is definelty appreciated. 10/10 the best estate agent in Nottingham.
