Excellent lettings agent. As a landlord of students I can appreciate that there is a significant amount of work from all parties (tenants, lettings agents and landlord + contractors) on a regular basis which is the nature of this tenure. Northwood have always been highly professional with me, my tenants and contractors - which has helped to maintain the property as a very highly desirable one for the Norwich University students. I always look after my tenants well and make sure the property is at the top of what is available in the market place for a fair rental level. If any issues are raised they are dealt with immediately and without delay so the tenants can carry on enjoying the property hassle free. I could not do this without assistance from Northwood due to time constraints and having a young family of my own! Northwood have also been instrumental in helping me to achieve the new HMO licence conditions which came into force recently. The property was renovated back to brick with every conceivable modern convenience and safety system available in 2016. Yet there was still some additional certification and work required to bring it up to the exacting standards. Northwood have helped with liaising with contractors, tenants and myself on a daily basis through this process with the upmost professionalism and to very strict time constraints. I am certain there are one of only a handful of fully licenced HMO`s in Norwich that meets the new licencing criteria – and I am very happy to be able to provide a safe, warm and stylish home for my tenants during their studies in Norwich. I have worked with multiple agents in the Norwich area over a number of years and can honestly say Northwood is the best.
