A year into a tenancy with Northwood I felt it prudent to reward their great customer care and general relationship skills with a google review. Being a business owner myself, a little help goes a long way. Their efforts in helping my family secure a home after awful treatment from a different agency have been second to none. Even in a pandemic they’ve have been quick to undertake inspections via Zoom calling. If we experience problems with utilities they are always quick to action our needs and send excellent tradespeople out to address the problems. Vicky, Peggy and Stephen quite frankly are an asset to any company and in this case NORTHWOOD. Long may the service continue throughout our remaining time as rental clients. Would highly recommend!
