Northwood is the best agent I have rented with so far. They are the only ones who did not start a fight when I informed them I wanted to move out, which I think is the fundamental issue with a lot of letting agents. They also appreciated my effort in keeping their house nearly as clean as when I moved in. My experience with them has been nothing short of professionalism and great hospitality. Northwood know how to take care of their tenants, are keen and fast to respond to any problem that arises, especially emergencies, during your tenancy. They provide respectful and unintrusive service. I highly recommend renting with them.
