I had a range of issues with the property I rented the past year. Mostly due to neglect previously and a lack of care by other stakeholders in the property such as previous tenants (not northwoods) I believe. For instance a leaking kitchen sink, broken taps, mould in rooms etc Yet Northwoods are quick to communicate with you, deal with maintenance and such and the staff there are particularly easy to deal with, Stephen was especially friendly and helpful. The property has, to be fair, improved on the whole under Northwood’s management over the one year tenancy, issues such as the extensive mould in one room have been dealt with and things like the leaky kitchen sink have been fixed.. I would recommend Northwoods. I am sure they are a good property agent and the issues I faced moving in and at the first few months of my tenancy described previously were not down to them and had other reasons behind them.
