We've been a tenant via Northwood's for the last 8 years and we have always found them to be super accommodating and helpful. We had some issues with a very old heating system and the team liaised with our landlord promptly to ensure it was resolved. Special shout out to Peggy who has always come straight back to us whenever we've needed help with anything. Everyone we've dealt with from the team over the years has been courteous and friendly and have kept us informed when any work or such needed doing. Highly recommend them!
