I left my student property on the 1st september and despite sending countless emails about receiving my deposit back they have not complied, continually sending me conflicting pieces of information. I have contacted the director had no response. Furthermore, the deposit is insured by the TDS which states a deposit must be returned within 10 days and this has not happened. They are very responsive and quick when anything has to do with rent. However when it comes to getting money back from them it is virtually impossible. I am not the only person this has happened to on student boards on facebook, certain names of individuals that work here turn up! They have a reputation of dragging out deposit returns.
