Now that the tenants are settling in and we have just received our first statement of account, we felt the time was right to publically acknowledge the great support of Martin & Co's team, Norwich, over the past few weeks. From finding the tenants through to handing over the keys to them, the whole process was excellent. This was a leap into the unknown for us as first-time Landlords and a little daunting to say the least. However, Martin & Co’s team guided us the whole way with professionalism and patience! We were also impressed with the thoroughness of their suppliers (Gas Engineer and Inventory Clerk). Whilst we are managing our property ourselves we know that Martin & Co will continue to give us advice and support should we need it. This is reassuring.
