From my first meeting with Mike White and his team, I was impressed with the professional and friendly way in which my requirements were handled. From the very first steps of the possibility of purchasing a buy-to-let in terms of what I ultimately wanted to achieve, to actually achieving it, Mike guided me through the process. He made a daunting task for me much easier. His vast knowledge, "no waffle" and "saying it how it is" approach, gave me the confidence to go ahead. Mike and the team always make time to answer any questions I may have and always follow up promptly. I am also kept informed via Newsletters with all the latest legislation/news regarding being a landlord. Mike and the team are of course on top of all the legislation and will unravel anything that I don't understand! I want to be an excellent landlord and have excellent tenants in my properties. Mike and his team at Martin and Co Norwich are the bridge between the two and have made this possible. Customer Service/communication is outstanding. I highly recommend Martin and Co Norwich.
