The process from marketing the property all the way through to tenants moving in has been handled in a very efficient and professional manner and at every stage we have had total confidence in Martin & Co. We have also been very grateful for the helpful advice that they have provided on a range of issues about preparing the property for letting. All the staff that we dealt with were excellent. When we initially dealt with director Michael White we were very impressed with his commitment to find the right tenant for our apartment and that is clearly a philosophy that the team all works towards. The managing of prospective tenants through to moving in was dealt with by Emily Hall who was highly efficient at all times making the experience stress free for us as new landlords. My wife and I have been extremely happy with the service we have received from Martin & Co in Norwich and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to other landlords.
