As a buyer I was made to feel that my business was not particularly welcome. The person on the other end of the phone actually seemed to find it quite amusing that they couldn't / wouldn't arrange a viewing for me, despite us travelling nearly 400 miles to the area to view properties over a long weekend which left me a bit bewildered. Certainly not a company I would want acting for me if I was selling a house.
