28 February 22: It has taken an amazing team effort to exchange today. The family who are moving in are the right family. We worked hard but without the dedication, common sense, diligence and experience of the two-person team at Norwich Fine and Country over the last eight months it could never have happened. Trust was at the centre of our relationship, we were confident that they were looking out for us, we knew that they understood our love for our house and why it was a difficult decision to leave our friends and Norfolk. Their patience and willingness to explain what was normal behaviour in 2021 was exemplary. They are the people I would do business with, both wise and expert in the complex, hard tasks of selling one's much loved home. And above all, they have become good friends, who can listen, laugh commiserate and always be there for us. An extraordinary team. Thank you.
