Great customer service
We purchased a property from Barton and Co back in 2017,We then used Barton and Co to sell our previous property ,from our initial contact back in 2017 right through to the completion of our sale the whole team have been amazing, giving us advice and guidance keeping us fully updated by email and phone at every stage of our purchase and then our sale. Ollie Aleksandra,Daryl and Ivan have delivered amazing customer service,we would recommend Barton and Co..

Fantastic independent agent
I love the fact that Barton & Co are a smaller independent company. The service is so much more personalised. Sometimes you think that agents mainly look after and care about the landlords, but these guys really go the extra mile for tenants, I would recommend them any day over any other agency in Norwich. They are very knowledgeable and treat people on their books with professionalism and respect. Its what you want from an agent.

Barton and Co have been brilliant throughout the process. Always available and fast to respond to any questions or situations. Price agreed within two days of the For Sale sign going in the ground. Brilliant work - and thank you.

Excellent service for the sale of our property
We were so pleased with the service we received from Barton & Co. They were very professional and helpful and secured us an excellent price for the sale of our house. The quality of the photos and advertising was fantastic and with Ollie doing all the viewings it made the whole process stress free. Nothing was too much trouble and it was great to know that there was always someone willing to help at the other end of the phone. Highly recommended!

easy house purchase
I would highly recommend Barton & Co to any of my friends and family. They were easy to deal with, always available to talk and the whole process of buying was made easy. Stress free, easy to deal with and friendly staff. If you are looking to sell or buy I suggest you get in touch with them.

Brilliant

Fantastic!!
Well what can we say? As first time buyers me and my husband were very new to the whole process and the service we received from start to finish was fantastic!! Ollie was there from the first viewing right through to the completion!! James was there to hand us the keys and he too was really helpful and so pleasant. We felt that as a team Ollie and James were great and the personal touch they brought to the whole process was amazing and definitely helped us feel happy and settled with the purchase of our first home!! Thank you!!

Very reliable and fair service
I initially rented the property with five other tenants through another agency that was extremely unreliable. The building had mold in one room because there was insufficient air circulation, the boiler didn't work and still the agency would not even respond to our emails. Luckily, our landlord decided to switch to Barton and Co. Ollie immediately took action and fixed all problems although they were still leftovers from the previous agency. Extremely reliable and fair!

Great customer service
After letting my house with a high street agency who provided appalling service, I was feeling very cynical when I started to look for an agent who would sell the property (determined that the previous agent would see no more of my money than I had to give). James understood my hesitation at trusting another agent, kept me in the loop at every step and, despite some hold ups caused by the letting of the property, ultimately managed to the sell the house for full asking price to the first people to view! I couldn't have asked for better! Absolutely recommend this agency.
