We’re really sorry to hear you were disappointed. Unfortunately, despite repeated requests, the keys for this property were not made available to us by the joint selling agent. This meant we had to cancel your viewing the day before, which we completely appreciate was frustrating. The property was then sold which might explain why access was not forthcoming.
