The most irritating experience I've had with any Sales agency. We are locked 15 weeks into a 20 week 'contract', without a single meaningful enquiry, despite us (the Vendor) having opted to reduce the asking price from £325k to £290k, the first reduction was made only a few weeks into the process because NOTHING was happening. It is abundantly clear that the house was grossly overvalued to win the business, but the 'Sales' journey was completely empty, no meaningful enquiries whatsoever and the only updates we got were when we chased them and even then they felt fluffed and fudged to make it sound like something was being done. After all of this, for Abbot Fox to hold us to the remaining 5 weeks despite bringing nothing whatsoever to us, is a sign of everything that's wrong in the industry. "If we can't have it, nobody can". ***EDIT - The response from the owner was just to look good here. I emailed the address provided and have had nothing back.***
