Very very poor customer service. The worse experience me and my partner ever had. Very unprofessional workers and things went so slow. Always empty promises and you always have to call them for any updates. And the funniest thing was that when after many months finally we moved in to the property, agency people still used to come, unlock our doors from outside when we used to sleep in a morning and even come inside in the property to show other people our property, as they still thought it's free. And when we complained to the agency they again promised to do anything and compensate for person privacy damage but did nothing like always. I wish we'll never be in contact with them again.
