If no stars could be given. I am absolutely in shock at the way I have been treated regarding a property & that the lettings team actually blaming the landlady. False hope & lies - landlords/landlady’s - do not use & people looking for property do not go through the estate agents. You will be mislead & lied too & never contacted. If the truth was told at the beginning I wouldn’t be leaving this. No communication. I chased & chased promised phone calls back & promised answers by certain dates only to find out the guy dealing with it wasn’t even working. Terrible customer service & when I emailed ‘automatic reply’ - ‘customer service is extremely important to them’ it most definitely isn’t. I also have a young baby (18 months old) it’s a good job. I didn’t complete anything at my end. Otherwise we would now be homeless. I am disgraced & appalled at how I have been treated & the landlady of the property is unhappy (I know) & blaming her for it. Terrible. I will never ever be using Abbott Fox & you shouldn’t either.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
