We were looking for a flat as an investment opportunity and liked the professional approach of AbbotFox and especially Elliot Rose who was our main point of contact through the process. Having purchased the property, a tenant was secured almost immediately and that has worked well. There a few small communications hitches with the lettings team in the midst of Lockdown (hence 4 rather than 5 stars) but that was hardly their fault.
