I dealt mainly with Jack during a recent property purchase. I cannot fault the customer care and attention given by both Jack and his team. They happily met my requests for repeat viewings and these were never hurried. To my delight they also happily opened up the property in order for a local blind company to take measurements in order for me to have blinds fitted in the day I moved in. The after sales team where also incredibly supportive and chased the solicitors for me when things got a bit tricky as they inevitably do! Friendly, professional, caring service from beginning to end.
