Avoid! We had a awful experience that left us traumatised and deeply disappointed service we received the Northwood branch of Robsons. Victoria and her manager Simon Blitz are particularly inept. They struggle to send out basic information to potential clients, keep adequate records of client details and then fail to apologise for their mistakes. Staff member Victoria is particularly incompetent, displaying emotionally unstable behaviour that makes me wonder why she chose this area of work considering she has to deal with a wide client demographic. I sincerely hope she lost her job during lockdown. She is a disgrace to the company. Her manager Simon is a bumbling buffoon with no knowledge of correct protocol and is more concerned about how he appears in front of staff members than behaving professionally. Deeply worrying. Not someone you can trust with your personal information and to complete your house move with confidence. Avoid at all costs.
