I rented a property from Robson in Northwood and on the face of it I thought the property looked good and was value for money. However, after moving in, we quickly discovered that the firm, Hinch Management, commissioned by Robsons’ to complete an inventory report had failed to do a good job and had missed several serious issues. I contacted Robsons and explained that I had informed Hinch of these issues (who did not even bother to acknowledge my email). Helen at Robsons immediately sprung into action and began issuing work orders for the issues to be resolved. After a short time, all of the issues I had raised were handled. During the tenancy, our circumstances changed and we enquired about leaving earlier than expected. Robsons were supportive and put my proposal forward to the landlord for consideration. I assumed I would have to pay rent until the end of my contract but I was so impressed and happy to hear that they had found a tenant (super quick) to take my place and that I would receive some monies back from my upfront rental payment. Overall, Robsons showed that they cared and had a big heart as they were compassionate towards our circumstances and balancing the interests of the landlord too. I am so grateful for everything they did for my family and I, from the very beginning to the very end.
