We’ve moved to London recently and were clueless on where to start to get a house on rent and our search reached Robsons. I must say we are lucky to have come in contact with James Winter at Robsons who then patiently took us through the process and explained what to expect throughout and after understanding our needs shortlisted one property for us. Quite obviously we were in touch with other letting agencies and in fact with one we paid the holding deposit to freeze a house for us after being told that the owners liked us and have accepted the offer, went back on the word and said we don’t have the house. James took us to the shortlisted property and we instantly liked the house. By then we had seen at least 20 houses with other agencies. That’s the strike rate, that’s the accuracy of expectation matching that James and Robsons had to offer. James then explained us what to expect and clearly laid out the way forward, helped us to make a firm offer that could most likely be accepted and secured the house for us. He carefully noted all the pre tenancy clauses and worked with the owners and us and helped us quickly come to a meeting point on various terms. Robsons clearly are a flexible and at the same time run on strong processes giving great outcomes and a fabulous experience.
