Currently in the process of renting a flat through Robsons and so far everything has been properly explained and going smoothly. Although it is a bit tricky for me to be available for phone calls during working hours, any points James and his team needed from my side have been sorted very quickly since we started this process and they've also been responsive via emails. So far so good and I hope it will remain like this until the end.
