I have been with Robsons over a number of years and although we went through a bit of a bad patch in terms of service, I definitely feel they have taken the feedback on board and made some necessary improvements. My last letting was done quickly, professionally and without any hiccups. Ongoing service with our other properties has also been good over the last year or so.
