Although we didn’t end up securing a property with Robsons, the one associate we interacted with regularly, Gabriela, was simply a pleasure to work with. We never once felt like just another ‘number’ as you do with many estate agents. She was careful to adapt to our needs each time we spoke on the phone or went for a viewing, and kept us updated with the progress of our offer. I felt we were always in the know, and had a friendly voice down the phone to reassure us with other options.
