We haven’t had the need to use a letting agency before today, we are buying a property nearby and needed a short term let so we can get some work done on our new home. The letting agency was fantastic and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property with them. They looked after us and kept us up to date with the process from start to end. I have been dealing with Belvoir as a company now for some years, what stands out the most to me is how professional they are as a company, especially when it comes to standards of work they expect from contractors and how they never cut corners which is also how I operate. Everyone from the Director James to all the staff in the office are super friendly and are always there to help whether it be contacting Landlords/tenants or dealing with date changes etc etc. I would highly recommend them as a letting agent if you want things done properly.
