We have had our property in the hands of Belvoir for a few years now. We have found them to be highly professional and diligent. They have found us good tennants and have enabled us to have everything at arms length, In communications with the office you always feel that they strike a very good balance between the interests of the client and the tennant.. In short, Belvoir were the best agents we've dealt with over the years. They are professional, courteous and quick to respond to queries. This is the complete opposite to other agents we've come across through renting, buying and selling houses. Kerry's open and honest approach to helping us find a rental property was exactly what we wanted. She understood our requirements, at times better than we probably did, and didn't try to sell us anything that clearly wasn't right for us. We were unfortunate to have the landlord pull out of the first property we found, due to the looming pandemic. Pressure was on us due to me needing to relocate for work and Kerry was very supportive in trying to find another property at short notice. Our property hunt inevitably stalled when the country went into lockdown and during that time we never considered using another agent, even though other potentially suitable properties were available.
