From viewing up until the last part of the process everything was smooth. Clare was the one who accommodated us and she was a lovely lady. Showed enthusiasm even during the viewing that I haven't seen on the other agents that I had a viewing with. Once I confirmed my intent to rent, I received an update from them just a few hours after the viewing. Belvoir will definitely my first choice if ever I will rent a house again.
