A Big thank you to Belvoir Team in order to put an end to our two month long search for a property to rent. Being newly moved in to country and with no previous tenancy history here it was really a tough job to convince the Landlords & agencies to close a deal. While most of the agencies even didn’t supported to have viewings aligned Belvoir came to the rescue and the very first property we viewed is the one what we got. With a proper constructed way of organising things right from the start point of viewing the site till the closure of the tenancy agreement, the way team assisted us is very professional and perfect. A HUGE thanks to Clare Tollan for all the patience while answering multiple queries over calls & emails and also special thanks to Helen Davies to provide a detail report of the as-is status of property prior to the occupancy.
