In light of Covid-19 we take property visits very seriously and adhere to the strict government guidelines regarding hygiene and social distancing recommendations . We of course don't want to put ourselves at risk as well. This appointment was arranged directly with your now previous landlord and yourselves, at no point were we made aware that your wife was pregnant. She allowed us both entry to the property and sat in the rear garden at all times during the visit. Given that your wife is pregnant I was surprised to now find out that the visit was allowed to go ahead in the first place given the circumstances.
