Clare and James were exceptional as they guided us through the whole renting process. Responses to my myriad of questions was timely and their patience endless. I was particularly struck by James’ integrity in terms of the applications to rent. He made sure viewings were conducted in order of interest expressed, that, given the scarcity of family homes available there was no opportunity to ‘gazump’. From the moment we applied to rent the property and paid the holding deposit, he took the property off the market. This sounds like standard practice but sadly the opposite is often true, throw in Covid and property hunting from over 200 miles, they made the process seamless.
