I have been working with Belvoir as a building contractor for the past 12 months. From day one I have found a fully professional workforce that works hard to source the right property for the right tenant every time. On the building side of things the maintenance manager makes sure that the landlords properties are maintained to a high standard, and if any repairs are needed, then these repairs are completed asap, thus keeping the property in good condition and on the flip side making sure that the tenant is also happy. Check outs are thorough, efficient and extremely detailed, with the added bonus of pictures also being used to document any concerns. As a contractor there is always the fear or concern of not getting paid for the work that you have done, or payment being delayed and excuses being made, but I have found Belvoir to be the very best customer I have ever contracted too regarding efficiency of payments and speed of turn around on getting paid. To sum up... Belvoir are a very professional knowledgeable group of talented individuals who come together to create a strong team work force working with the same ethos and for all the right reasons.
