James and his team are amazing we have known them now for a few years, always very helpful, friendly and give great advice. James told us about the rent guarantee scheme, which we took out. So glad we did as we had problems with a tenant and James sorted it all through the rent guarantee scheme. We got all our rent paid so we were not out of pocket.
