I live in a different part of the country, so I place my trust in the professionalism of the agency to ensure they look after the property and my best interests. I've always had good tenants, their processes see to that, and they've looked after the property as if it were their own. Regular inspection reports have been conducted at appropriate times, and the team have always been on hand to respond to any maintenance issues should they arise.
