Having spent from July 2024 to end February 2025 getting an undeveloped piece of land transferred to me, i must say that without Jim Philcox helping well beyond his brief, this transfer would not have been completed today. His initial involvement in the sale was excellent and he negotiated politely and clearly, once the sale was handed to the solicitors he maintained contact as the process was very slow. When one of thd buyers reneged on an agreement, threatening the sale he took ownership of the issue through to resolution. He kept me well informed right up to today when he confirmed that fund transfers had been processed. An excellent service. Thank you
