From my personal experience, this letting agent is more suited to handle the general public rather than students. We have had nothing but trouble and little support with our landlord who liked to invite himself into the house and do botched maintenance jobs. This caused health issues around the house, such as major black mould, lights falling/hanging from the ceiling and floorboards being removed from outside of peoples bedrooms (without warning). However, they did remain professional throughout the tenancy.
